I used Bob's Red Mill Certified Gluten Free Whole Grain Oats. (so old fashioned!) Enjoy. :-)

Hi! That's the way I do it - prepare it the night before and just reheat. Makes for an easier morning. :-) You can do it either way, but it holds together if it has had time to set (just like lasagna).
