6 Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Balls

chocolate oatmeal peanut butter balls

My new addiction. I have replaced my hurried-morning gluten free protein bar with these high protein peanut butter balls. This definitely isn’t “diet” food, but it is considerably healthier than protein bars that are full of sugar and isolates.

These have six simple ingredients:  all-natural peanut butter (nothin’ but peanuts), old-fashioned gluten free rolled oats, raw honey, raw cacao powder, coconut oil and flax seed.

One ball is about 100 calories and this recipe makes 12-14 balls. I now grab two of these in the morning with my cup of coffee, and I even eat a couple for a late afternoon snack at work instead of hitting the vending machine. All natural, healthy ingredients and no baking required.

These take about 10-15 minutes to make from start to finish. Store in the refrigerator.

Mix everything together well. Roll into 1.25″-1.5″ balls. Roll in extra dried oats. Consume! Refrigerate left-overs. Easy peasy.
