Green Berry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

In keeping with my recent rave of the healthy benefits of Greek yogurt, I’ve changed up the Green Berry Smoothie to accommodate its goodness.

The slight change by changing out the banana for yogurt (not exactly a 1:1 health change) and adding blackberries made this more refreshing and a bit more tang (which I prefer).

Green Berry Greek Yogurt Smoothie

Green Berry Greek Yogurt Smoohtie
  • 1 whole orange, peeled
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup kale
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4-6 ice cubes


  • Blend together.
  • Drink immediately or freeze in popsicle containers for future healthy snack.
